It's a bouncing baby sprain
So I get a splint for the next month or so.
In other news, I woke up with the realization that if I took the perfectly good straps off a discarded CPAP mask that I have and replaced the bad straps on the otherwise perfectly good mask that I have, I could avoid having to buy a new mask.
