From what appears to be the Texas Republican Party's site, here is the platform in PDF form.

The pdf link you provide, http://s3.amazonaws.com/texasgop_pre/assets/original/2012Platform_Final.pdf, includes the reported craziness. However, the site now links to the pdf http://s3.amazonaws.com/texasgop_pre/assets/original/2010RPTFinalPlatform.pdf, which does not contain the craziness, at least not according to the 'find' tool. Not sure if it's a hoax or the assholes are covering their tracks.

Situation explained: the link at the top of the page http://www.texasgop.org/about-the-party links to the 2012 platform. The link further down the page, under the heading What Republicans Believe, links to the 2010 platform. No ass covering, just lack of proofreading.
