Archosaurs versus the noble synapsid
I am putting this behind a cut because it involves a cat fight and I know some people would prefer a warning.
This isn't the version I spotted yesterday but it will do. What I am struck by is that the birds know exactly what they are doing when they're dealing with the cat and seem to be facilitating the fight between the two cats as well.
The speculation given elsewhere is that the birds have a nest somewhere nearby and are protecting it.
