Out of touch

Alfred Coppel died four years ago and I only just heard about it...

Didn't know who he was until I read his Wikipedia page. Turns out I read his 1983 book "The Burning Mountain: A Novel of the Invasion of Japan." I thought it was well done and had more character development and emotional resonance than you usually see in alt history novels.
