I think I still have a little time to go on that one - seven grand-nephews and one grand-niece, but the oldest was born in 2007 so hopefully won't be a parent for a year or two.
The term I would have used for the descendant of a sibling is "nibling".
It's probably a sign of having watched Gravity Falls recently (with niblings, even) that I find myself wondering if you, as a gr'uncle, will begin affecting a fez and eyepatch, or perhaps polydactyly.
