A fair number here seem to be up on their Wodehouse, and I'm sure James at least is familiar with Robertson Davies, and not doubt most of us have read a fair amount of Agatha Christie, but I don't see many fellow Detective Fiction fans. Is it just that it doesn't get talked about that much? I mention it here because of my own particular weakness for the Hard-Boiled Dick subgenre, whether it be Philip Marlowe or Guy Noir.
