British Genre Fiction Hitlist: Late July New Releases

Total Female Male F/T
 25 6 19 24%

Which I think may actually be unusually high for the Brit Spec Fic publishing community. IIRC the last one was 9% women.

The Time Traveler Show #9: Interviews with Welles, Wells, Mowry & and "When the Five Moons Rise"

Interviews with Orson Welles, H.G. Wells, Sam A Mowry & and "When the Five Moons Rise" (Jack Vance)

This begins with what is supposed to an interview with Welles; it turns out to have been Mowry playing Welles using actual responses of Welles; the interview then turns into an interview of Mowry. An actual interview of Welles and Wells is provided at the end of the episode.

The story is Vance's "When the Five Moons Rise", the story of a man caught out alone in an isolated location that turns out to have some pretty curious goings-on when the five moons rise together. Has an odd parallel with "Arena" I didn't expect.

In case it's not clear, I am enjoying these.
