Eloi and morlocks...

Is recognising the reference to H G Wells's future dystopia compulsory? Is it taught in this society's schools or banned?

There are "Morlocks" in X-Men comics as well. Initially they were a community of extra-scary diverse superhuman mutants living in New York City sewers, more comfortably than you might expect - and the alligators, they tamed them. And at night they sneak up to the city streets to spy on the strange beautiful creatures... which shows just how amazingly ugly the Morlocks are. But literary, it seems. (Unless Marvel Comics decided that these Morlocks were there first and H. G. Wells met them and put them in his book.)

Hey, your spelling check doesn't like "dystopia". Or "Morlocks".

I'm glad you took this one for the team. The first page of this on Amazon put me off.

Hot peppers defeat dystopia? I don't think they're quite that powerful, and I live in New Mexico.
