I use Terminal.app and ssh.

You should use ssh as well, even if you are using a Windows machine.

Thinking about it, technically not. I use Terminal.app to execute /usr/bin/telnet (or preferably /usr/bin/ssh if my intention is to run an interactive shell remotely, rather than to test an smtp or http or similar service).

I'm still making use of the former when I log into one of my ISPs, which still allows text-interface access.

Terminal and ssh, mostly.

Though there is towel.blinkenlights.nl to telnet to!
