your tears are still delicious, but there are limits.

I should have said 're-read', given your reading habits and amount of time you have been reading SF.

I couldn't finish either. I did manage to finish "The Deceivers" and regretted it.

Hum, now that is something that would make a good SF/Fantasy plot element--something that increases people's spoon regeneration rate.

I'd sure use it 8-)

Generally, the Humble Bundle book bundles are a really good deal for books.

I just found that I've bought over 30 book bundles since they started selling them for over 600 books.

I may need help.

Well, at least they're not piled up in the living room.

Yeah, I just dropped off a hundred or so from my parents and an ex-GF at a book store and thrift shop and will start purging out my collection soon.  I've become VERY particular in what I buy in physical copy as we anticipate an international move in 5-6 years or sooner, depending on how the Republicans screw with health insurance.  I don't want to contemplate moving thousands of books, the more I can dump the better off I'll be. Oh, my Humble Bundle collection takes 23 gig of disk, my entire ebook collection almost 44 gig.  It's amazing when thinking about the first PC that I worked on with a 10 or 20 MEGAbyte HD.  I don't even want to look at the size of my photo or music collection!

Total agreement on the de-cluttering. I've had to do so as part of my wife's Leukemia care (making the house easier to keep dust free).

I remember as a college student, marveling over a 10MB hard disk, and trying to picture what you would possibly need such a huge storage space for!
